I sleep much better now I’ve started Keogafit. The kettlebells improve my strength whilst the yoga and relaxation really help with any anxiety and stress I may have been holding onto during the day. Darren explains clearly the yoga moves and demonstrates great technique with the kettlebells. I’m not the most flexible of people so Darren is able to offer alternative moves and progressions to get the most out of everyone in the class.

I’m not going to lie, the relaxation bit is my favourite part, although I don’t feel guilty as this comes at the end of a challenging, yet enjoyable workout!

I would highly recommend Darren and the Keogafit team and am grateful to be a part of the growing Keogafit family!

I have tried every exercise going over the years but could never find one that I really clicked with. Then I found Darren and Keogafit. Without knowing it, Keogafit was exactly what I had been looking for! I realised that while I was working out my body, it was my mind that I needed to refocus and reenergise. Working out with Darren, both one on one and as part of group sessions, allows me to get a great workout but also look at my mental wellbeing. I have seen a huge improvement in my physical abilities and am enjoying constantly learning new things, like breathing and meditation techniques to support my work outs.
