What is Keogafit?
Keogafit is a wellness revolution. It is a unique system that incorporates kettlebell workouts and yoga with meditation and mindfulness to strengthen your body and your mind at the same time
It’s suitable for any age and any level of fitness, although we strongly recommend that you always practice Keogafit with a trained practitioner.
Our approach
We take a holistic approach to fitness and believe that you can’t effectively train your body without also training your mind (and vice versa). We work with the whole person to achieve incredible and sustainable results.
Keogfit blends the five components of physical fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular system, flexibility and motor skills) with proven meditation and mindfulness techniques.

How do I book my online class?
Our weekly online Zoom class takes place on Tuesday at 6am. Email info@keogafit.co.uk to book your place.
Do I need to have previous yoga or kettlebell experience?
Keogafit has sessions to suit all fitness and skill levels, adaptations and progressions will always be offered throughout every class.
Do I need to bring my own kettlebells?
If you are joining a class online you will need your own equipment. Our in person classes provide kettlebells but we ask that you bring your own workout mat.
How do I know what Kettlebell weight to use?
During in person classes you will speak to an instructor who will assess the appropriate resistance. Ahead of booking an online class your Keogafit instructor will be happy to speak with you and assess your requirements.
What is the benefit to meditating at the end of each session?
Meditation assists with the closing of each Keogafit session and helps to relax your body and mind after the intensity of your workout. It also helps you to understand how to use meditation and mindfulness to relax and reduce any stresses and anxieties of a normal living day.
A typical session
Each session is carefully structured to challenge and stimulate you. The kettlebell exercises give you a high-intensity, cardiovascular workout, incorporating all planes of movement to improve your power, muscular strength and endurance. Yoga postures focus on joint stability, range of motion and flexibility.
We also incorporate meditation and mindfulness techniques throughout to encourage you to be completely immersed in the present moment during the sessions so that you can develop your all-round physical and mental wellbeing.
